Alumni Liaison Committee Chinese New Year Gathering

The recent Alumni Liaison Committee meeting was held in tandem with the annual Chinese New Year gathering. Representatives from 24 groups turned up to learn about the latest developments at the Office of Alumni Relations.

Dr Cheah Kim Fee, co-chairman of oneof the two NUS Task Forces, also gave a presentation on the future NUS Alumni (NUSA). He spoke about the goals of NUSA and the benefits of having a united front representing the interests of all alumni groups in NUS.

The rest of the afternoon saw many strangers become friends as they came together in the auspicious lo hei ceremony, and partook in the meal as one NUS alumni family.
