The Shaw Foundation Alumni House offers well-structured business and events facilities purpose-built to meet NUS alumni's business and networking needs. As part of the NUS Alumni Office's efforts to spearhead lifelong learning and to cater to the networking and business needs of our alumni, the Shaw Foundation Alumni House infrastructure comprises a range of excellent facilities with state-of-the-art technology for your use, available per booking. The Alumni House offers a conducive locale for conducting your seminars, talks, events and other functions.
 
Auditorium
The 300-seat auditorium located on the second and third storey of the Alumni House offers an excellent platform for dialogue sessions, presentations and speeches. Alumni, staff and students can make use of the auditorium for social events that bond and engage them. A pre-function space located at the Benefactors' Foyer, outside the auditorium, provides a venue for alumni to mingle and network. Advanced video conferencing facilities enable guests to communicate with others seated separately in the conference room on the third storey. The auditorium is also equipped with a cutting-edge LCD projector, screen and touch-screen panel control for complimentary use.
 
Conference room
Adorned with an elegant setting, the Cardamon Room on the third storey is perfect for conducting boardroom meetings and video conferences. Accommodating 18 persons in a fixed boardroom setting, it is equipped with a complimentary, cutting-edge LCD projector, screen and touch-screen panel control. Its exclusive lounge area is suitable for pre and post-conference networking over light refreshment.
 
Seminar rooms
Four seminar rooms located on the second storey are available for workshops and luncheon talks that will contribute to alumni's lifelong personal development. Individual rooms cater for between 25 and 60 participants but flexible combinations of the seminar rooms allow for larger groups of up to 100. The seminar rooms are equipped with complimentary, cutting-edge LCD projectors, screens and touch-screen panel controls.

The Waterway
Located at the concourse on the first storey, The Waterway is ideal for standing receptions for up to 150 persons. As alumni and guests mingle and network over canapes, they will be able to enjoy their surroundings of prominent features in The Waterway Gallery which tell of the University's heritage and convey NUS' global aspirations.
