Q. What is the AlumNUS Card and what benefits can I enjoy with the AlumNUS Card?

The AlumNUS Card is a privilege card exclusively for all NUS alumni. The card identifies you as an alumnus of National University of Singapore and entitles you to discounts and privileges at participating merchants, complimentary access to facilities like the NUS Staff Club pool and gym, exclusive invitations to events and specially tailored educational and travel programmes. The card also entitles you to apply for NUS Library membership at a discounted subscription fee. You will receive your personalised AlumNUS Card with your name.

Q: Is there a charge or an annual subscription fee to be paid for the AlumNUS Card?

New AlumNUS Cards are issued complimentary, while replacement/ lost cards are charged at a nominal fee of $5. No other subscription fees are required.

Q: I am a graduate of NUS, how do I apply for the AlumNUS Card?

You can click here to obtain the application form. Alternatively, you can call us at 6516 5770, or e-mail us at oarconnect@nus.edu.sg for an application form to be sent to you. Please provide us with your full name, valid mailing address and NRIC number. You can also obtain the application form at our Office of Alumni Relations and we will process your application on the spot.

Q: How long do I have to wait before I can get the AlumNUS Card after I submit my application?

It will usually take 7 working days for us to process your application.

Q: I am a new graduate and I need to use the NUS Library urgently. Can I have the AlumNUS Card immediately?

Yes. You could come down to our Office of Alumni Relations personally before 5.30pm and we can get your card ready on the spot. You may then proceed to the NUS Libraries to apply for their membership. Alternatively, you can still apply for the NUS Libraries membership by attaching a copy of your application form for the AlumNUS Card, duly endorsed by the NUS Office of Alumni Relations.
